Thank you for your interest in our products. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defect or non-conformity on our part.
As an online boutique specializing in the sale of unique and carefully crafted items, we strive to guarantee the quality of every item we offer. We thoroughly inspect all our products before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards.
However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing photos of the item and its packaging. We will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. For international orders outside Europe, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer is at fault and MICHELLE CONCEPT STORE GLAM is required to pay these fees, then the customer is not complying with the terms and conditions and we will refuse to refund the customer's order if the package is returned to us.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For all orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any related clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local authorities and are entirely beyond our control. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the parcel being returned or abandoned, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
